Booking Conditions

1. Booking Conditions until December 31, 2023

2. The reservation will be confirmed when the client makes the advance payment of 25% of the total amount. If the client cancels the reservation up to 30 days before the date of entry, the advance and the rest of the reservation will be returned in the event that it had been paid in advance (except Availbook or Bookiply commissions).

3. The rest of the reservation will be paid up to 15 days before the date of entry. Otherwise, the contract will be considered canceled, without the right to refund the amounts paid on account.

4. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 15 days before the date of entry, 100% of the total reservation will be penalized. It is recommended to hire an insurance that covers the cancellation costs.

5. Reservations can be made with a minimum of one day in advance and a maximum of 18 months.

6. If the customer does not register his card, the amount of 500 Euros per stay will be blocked on the credit card on the day of entry as a DEPOSIT, which will be unlocked on the day of departure once the property has been reviewed.

7. Complementary services must be contracted at least 48 hours before the date of entry. There will be a cancellation policy. The expenses of the extra services will be increased with 10% VAT.

8. Forms of payment of the stay and extra services: Bank Transfer, credit or debit cards and Paypal.

10. The arrival time will be from 17 hours on the day of entry. The departure time will be before 11 am. However, the management will be flexible in these hours if the stay is not occupied before or after.

11. The capacity of the house will be from one to four people. From the fifth to the eighth a supplement of 20 Euros per person per day will be paid. No additional people other than those stated in the reservation will be admitted.

12. The change of bath towels and cleaning are included in the price (the day after the date of entry, and the day before the date of departure, Sundays and holidays). The sheets and pool/beach towels will be changed every four days of stay. At the time of entry, the client must agree with the staff of the stay the days and hours of cleaning..

13. Pets is allowed per stay at a cost of 100 Euros/pet (for extra cleaning).

14. Clients must show valid ID at check-in

VILLA RULES

a. The client will have the obligation to close windows and doors when he/she leaves the accommodation, as well as to connect the anti-intrusion alarm.

b. The client will have the obligation to turn off the air conditioners when he/she leaves the accommodation. The air machines are totally efficient, so once connected the room cools down or warms up in a few minutes.

c. The client is obliged to take care of the home and deliver it in perfect condition, otherwise the cost of the deposit service will be deducted.

d. The client is obliged to immediately notify any damage that may be found in the home.

e. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. In case of non-compliance, the entire deposit could be retained for the thorough cleaning of the accommodation.

f. The pool will be in operation from Easter to the end of October without heating. The rest of de year it will work with heating and the client must pay the corresponding daily cost.

g. The use of the pool is the responsibility of the clients. In the case that they are staying with children, they must ensure that the door to the pool is closed at the times.

h. The contract will be terminated when the neighbors are disturbed, maximum amount of guests staying is exceeded or the accommodation and inventory are damaged.

i. Singles parties or similar that cause inconvenience to neighbors are prohibited.

j. Loss of keys will incur an additional charge of 50 Euros.

k. The client must communicate their departure time to the manager of the establishment in order to carry out the corresponding check-out. In case of leaving the house before, you must leave the keys in the mailbox

l. Move the furniture of the villa between floors is prohibited, and in no case place mattresses on the floor.
