Ground floor, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a toilet, living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace and pool area, as well as service area with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen equipped with American fridge, oven, microwave, wine cooler and dishwasher.

First floor, with access from inside the house, has a suite, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The maximum capacity is 8 people in four bedrooms. There is a cot and high chair free of charge. There is the possibility of including an extra bed.  

Equipment: The bedrooms, as well as the main lounge and living room are equipped with flat screen TV, Google Home devices and free high speed WIFI.

There is indoor parking for four vehicles.  The fully landscaped plot area is 1,400 square metres.
